As summer starts to come to an end and fall begins some of us welcome the change with open arms while others of us are filled with anxiety with the idea school starting. 

It’s not uncommon for people to struggle with anxiety or depression during a big life changing event. For instance sending a child off to college or a young adult starting college for the first time.  There are others of us that struggle every day with the stress of our jobs and families.
